These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of and participation in The Iron Standard System™, operated by Jay Epps, sole trader, ABN 63 266 048 636, Queensland, Australia.
By purchasing any product from The Iron Standard System™ you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase.

The Iron Standard System™ offers three tiers of access. All prices are in USD. Access duration is 120 days from the date of purchase across all tiers.
Full 16-week discipline operating system. Self-guided, instant access. Includes all core program materials delivered via Whop Courses.
Everything in Foundation plus weekly check-in review with voice note feedback, private community access, and phase progression sign-off.
Everything in Standard plus one 60-minute onboarding call, bi-weekly 30-minute 1:1 calls (8 calls total), direct messaging access, and a post-program debrief call. Limited to 5 active clients at any time.
The Iron Standard System™ is a discipline, structure, and personal development program. It is not a personalised fitness program, medical service, or clinical intervention.

The optional 4-day training program is available as a separate paid add-on and is not included in any tier unless purchased separately.
Payment is processed securely at checkout via Stripe through the Whop platform. All transactions are in USD.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. No payment plans are currently offered unless explicitly stated on the product page.
By completing your purchase you authorise the full amount to be charged to your nominated payment method.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued once your PAR-Q pre-exercise health screening form has been submitted and program access has been granted.
If you have purchased the program and have not yet submitted your PAR-Q or accessed any program content, contact jay@theironstandardsystem.com within 24 hours of purchase. Requests made within this window will be reviewed on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Jay Epps.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
To the extent permitted by law, The Iron Standard System™ does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind after purchase. If you believe you have a claim under the Australian Consumer Law, contact jay@theironstandardsystem.com within 30 days of purchase.
Program access is granted via the Whop platform immediately upon successful payment. You will receive confirmation and onboarding instructions via email to the address provided at checkout.
Access to all program materials is available for 120 days from the date of purchase. After this period access may expire. No extensions are guaranteed unless offered at the sole discretion of Jay Epps.
Program content is delivered digitally. No physical materials are provided with the exception of the completion patch awarded to clients who complete Week 16 and meet all sign-off criteria.
All clients are required to complete the PAR-Q pre-exercise health screening form prior to commencing any physical activity within or alongside the program. By proceeding with your purchase and accessing program content you confirm that you will complete this form honestly and accurately.
If your PAR-Q responses indicate the need for medical clearance you must obtain that clearance from a qualified medical professional before commencing any physical activity. It is your responsibility to inform The Iron Standard System™ of any changes to your health status during the program.
Foundation tier: No check-in requirement. Self-guided access only.
Standard and Iron tiers: Weekly Sunday check-ins are a condition of participation. Check-ins must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST each Sunday.
If a check-in is missed, the following protocol applies:
Consistent failure to submit check-ins without communication may result in removal from the program at the sole discretion of Jay Epps. No refund will be issued in this circumstance.
Bi-weekly 30-minute calls are scheduled across the 16-week program (8 calls total). Calls must be booked in advance using the scheduling system provided at onboarding.
If you need to reschedule a call, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Calls cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be forfeited at the discretion of Jay Epps.
Direct messaging access via WhatsApp or Telegram is available during standard working hours (7am to 7pm AEST Monday to Friday). Responses are not guaranteed outside these hours or on Australian public holidays.
By joining The Iron Standard System™ you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the program rules and non-negotiables delivered to you at onboarding.
The following will not be tolerated under any circumstances:
Breach of conduct standards may result in immediate removal from the program without refund at the sole discretion of Jay Epps.
All program content, frameworks, documents, curricula, systems, materials, and brand assets within The Iron Standard System™ are the intellectual property of Jay Epps, operating as The Iron Standard System™, ABN 63 266 048 636.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your own participation in the program only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, screenshot for public use, or repurpose any program content in any form without prior written consent.
Breach of this clause may result in immediate removal from the program and legal action.
At the conclusion of the program you may be invited to provide a testimonial or participate in a case study. This is entirely voluntary.
If you choose to provide a testimonial or case study, you grant The Iron Standard System™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your words, results, and any provided images or content for marketing purposes across any platform. Your full name will not be used without your explicit consent.
The Iron Standard System™ is a general discipline and personal development program. Nothing within this program constitutes medical advice, exercise prescription, dietary advice, or mental health treatment.
Individual results will vary based on each participant's effort, consistency, and personal circumstances. No specific outcome, transformation, or result is guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, The Iron Standard System™ and Jay Epps expressly disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in this program.
Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or statutory right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing this program you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.
The Iron Standard System™ reserves the right to update, modify, or improve program content at any time. Any changes will not reduce the core value of what was purchased. You will be notified of any material changes via email.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of The Iron Standard System™ will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
Any dispute arising from your participation in this program will first be addressed through direct communication with jay@theironstandardsystem.com. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
