• Full name and email address (collected at opt-in and purchase)
• Payment information (processed securely by Whop and Stripe — we do not store your payment details)
• Health screening data submitted via the PAR-Q pre-exercise health screening form
• Day 1 Declaration Form data including wake time, morning routine, and baseline scores
• Weekly check-in responses submitted via the Sunday check-in form
• Discipline tracker data submitted by clients
• Any personal information you voluntarily share during coaching calls, voice note exchanges, or direct communication

Information is collected through the following channels:

• Kit (ConvertKit) opt-in forms and email sequences
• Whop checkout and account creation
• Google Forms (PAR-Q, Day 1 Declaration, and weekly check-in)
• Google Sheets (discipline tracker)
• Direct communication via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram (Iron tier clients)

4. Why We Collect It

Your information is collected solely for the purpose of delivering and improving The Iron Standard System™. Specifically it is used to:

• Deliver program access and content
• Send program-related emails and updates
• Review weekly check-ins and provide feedback
• Monitor progress throughout the program
• Comply with our duty of care as a coaching service

5. How We Store It

Your data is stored across the following platforms:

• Kit (ConvertKit) — email and subscriber data
• Whop — purchase records and program access
• Google Forms and Google Sheets — health screening, check-in, and tracking data
• Google Drive — program documents and client records

6. Who We Share It With

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes.

Your data may be processed by the following third-party platforms as part of program delivery:

• Kit (ConvertKit) — email delivery
• Whop — payment processing and program access
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Workspace — forms, sheets, and document storage

Each of these services maintains their own privacy policies and data security standards.

7. How Long We Keep It

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to deliver the program and meet our legal obligations. Health screening data submitted via PAR-Q is retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with best practice for fitness and coaching services.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting jay@theironstandardsystem.com. Requests will be actioned within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights

Australian residents — under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and request corrections where necessary.

European residents — under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, restrict, or erase your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
